How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
You must cancel your appointment within 1 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time. Though we are commited to serve you within 2 hours of your booking.
Do I need to provide any of the products/materials or equiptment for the beauty service?
No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
Do you provide warranty on the the parts for home appliances maintenance or repairing?
Yes, you will get the warranty on any external parts you require to have from us.
If I do not cancel my appointment within 1 hours will there be a charge?
Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
Can I return any product?
Yes you can unless and until the product is not damage.
Is bill required to return a product?
Yes, the physical bill attached with the product or the virtual invoice.
